Portrait title: One
I have been working slowly on this portrait. I think I finally have it close to what my eye can see. Can you recognize her? She has tons of videos on youtube and formed one of the most fun and populated mixed media groups.

This is a fabulous portrait Martha...I don't know that many group leaders so I'm not guessing who she is, but as you have made her a saint I will check her out when you tell lol :D XXX
Well, didn't mean it as a Saint, but she will get a chuckle out of it. It's a design she had of checkers in a line... maybe I will move it a bit, to give the impression of a line that could be also halo....? It is still just pencil.
I think the finger pointing is also a "Saint" feature in many religious paintings!
I'm still on vacation so haven't been able to figure out the faces class yet. Looking forward to it when I get back.

I must congratulate you on your nose (and the rest of her is wonderful too)! That is the part of the face that gives me the most challenge so I can really appreciate a good looking nose in a portrait!
