New work WIP

 Starting a painting. There are like a bazillion of ways to start on a canvas, all of them are fun!

Love this start you have made, and you are right, a bazillion ways to start a canvas, so many different roads to take right throughout the process...part of the joy and frustration! :)

An interesting way to start a painting, Martha. Will it turn out to have flesh tones like most of your paintings? You are an expert at getting the shading and highlights perfect on your portraits.
