most people do not seal watercolors. but you could with a spray. also i sometimes use Dolands wax, which gives it a textured interesting waxy finish that is pretty cool. Maybe try it on a tiny piece of painted watercolor paper first to see if you like it. She is lovely.
Oh yes I love the cols wax! I was thinking of doing that. First I want to spray it then wax it. Yeah I know watercolors rarely get sealed, mostly framed behind glass, but since thing is a tiny thing, it will get the treatment ;oD
Hi Rita! 4 years ago I wanted to celebrate the "leap year" with art, when February has 29 days I wanted to create one face a day, and I invited people from all over the world to do thye same, and test new things, use all the art supplies they already have, and practice something they want to improve making.... it is a lot of fun!
