Monocromatic is very interesting and I like it very much. I often like to use only one color. You have red lips and this shining color changes the feeling...hmm..intensive. Small faces are so cute and I got an idea that children are thinking about something.
You have a wonderful eye for colour, and your faces seem to emerge from the background. My favourite is the mauve and gold girl on the left of the nice double-page spread.

Monochromatic is hard to pull off, but you did it!! I really like your journal pages, too.
