ReplyDelete29 faces???? Yay! i loved playing along in May, though I only managed 8 faces, I still found the exercise valuable, trying out several things, I hadn't tried before.
ReplyDeleteAnd many thanks for the video! I learned lots from watching it and have subscribed to your feed. Thanks so much for sharing your process.
Wonderful artwork, too. I really liked your technique, particularly how you did the tonal work on her face.

Thank you for sharing your video- it was fabulous to see all the layers you added to the hair and how they built up into such a fabulous look! I haven't joined your faces challenges yet (pesky work commitments) and both times I regretted it- so I am excited to be able to join in this time!

ReplyDeleteHello! Really enjoyed the video! I've just started trying to do faces, mainly women (mainly ATCs!) and it was really great to see someone filling in the shadows and highlights. Plus the painting looks really wonderful! I will have to check back to see about this 29 faces thing and also look up your youtube channel. :)
