So far I have this and I'm happy the way it's turning out so far. To see the post and the original see HERE
I am VERY tempted to "personalize" all these paintings of the challenge, which would involve a happy messy over-paint in some areas, add texture and make them my style....
OR
Perhaps have a giveaway for the "almost 500" followers...with one painting for the gift??
Maybe BOTH:
Decorate, over-paint/texture a little and have the giveaway??
Let me know what you think!
Thanks for visiting and happy PPF

This is looking fantastic! I guess my paintings were my style, mainly because I didn't have any choice, lol! I'm all for a giveaway. Thanks for hosting this challenge. Maybe Van Gogh next? (Seriously, I may cut back a little on challenges, but I'll check in to see what you're up to.)
ReplyDeleteI do love Van Gogh but I don't think I could replicate his brush strokes, ever! lol♥
DeleteCant wait to see the finished product :)
ReplyDeleteLooking good so far :)
ReplyDeleteAdd some YOU!!! most definitely :D You have shown your skill at reproducing these works in someone elses style, a fabulous homage to the artist, but they are YOUR paintings, so I say "make them yours!!" :D XXX
ReplyDeleteThanks Gina Xo)
DeleteI vote for Decorate, over-paint/texture a little and have the giveaway ;o)) Martha, your blog is still really big! I am missing somethings. Take Care ;o)
ReplyDeleteStacy, do you mean too wide? or the whole of it too big, like fonts and all? I know that is the personal resolution on each monitor. In the kids monitor looks bigger and can't see the background.
DeleteBut in this one looks like the picture I showed before. Funky isn't it?
About the painting... I think that's what I will do. :oD
Hi Martha ;o) I mean too wide, yes. Sorry to be a pain! ;o) I can't see no background either.
ReplyDeleteNever a pain! lol I want to know :oD
DeleteI really love that bright green :)
