I made a crazy version on the photo editor just for fun
And this is my daughter's face of the day. Some kind of scary "me gusta" meme:
Now I will go and add all the new entries to Pinterest. I think I will open another folder, that one has like 100 pieces already! I'm not sure how many can be in a folder, any one knows?
Thanks a BUNCH! I am having such a great time with all your participation and epic art works!
Hugs!P.S. note: Please make sure your verification code if you have it is working right, or cancel it for a while. I am told blogger has issues in many blogs (I guess servers?) and people can't post. I myself have not been able to post in some blogs because the window blocks it, but requires it... go figure!.

This is coming out great, Martha. I love that she's holding a heart. Its also great to see that your daughter is so committed. She is a wonderful artist.
ReplyDeleteI'm having a great time and challenging myself. Thanks so much for making this all possible. Its great to see everyone's work! Kathryn
Looking good so far. Love the colors!
ReplyDeleteI am learning from you sacred marks...I do love the photo shop image also!!! I tried a portrait today...not self...but still I did put pencil to paper. Blessings. Mary Helen Fernandez Stewart
ReplyDeleteI love that!

You 2 are a dynamic duo, love the unfinished face & the rainbow hues you created in the digital version looks so funky! Loving your daughters bold drawing she can put so much character into her faces (or should I say 'attitude' LOL)!
ReplyDeletePainting is looking beautiful. Love the colors and freedom of it!
ReplyDeleteLove her and the crazy version too. So fun that your daughter is joining in too. Did I already tell you that your profile is set up as a no-reply blogger? It's easy to change if you want people to be able to contact you when you leave comments on their blogs. I have a post about it no reply link to the word "here"
ReplyDeleteHERE
Thanks Geri! The only time when I was getting spam, was when I had my email showing, so I changed it to no reply. :o)
DeleteThe painting looks gorgeous, cant wait to see it completed! Your daughters hand was funny yesterday! :)
ReplyDeleteBeautiful, both! I love making art with children. :)
ReplyDeleteBeautiful, can't wait to see it finished.
ReplyDeleteYou and your daughter make the most wonderful faces...and I'm sure I haven't seen all the entries, just not enough hours in the day lol
ReplyDeleteReally enjoying the vast variety of work though :D XXX
Love what you have done so far Ayala... and lovely to see what your daughter has created today as well...

Always love you use of colours!
ReplyDeleteThis is wonderful, I love the way you've done her eyes, so beautifully expressive!
ReplyDeleteI like your style of art. :)
ReplyDeleteLove these-and the digital one is fun too!
ReplyDeleteI like how your girl is holding the heart and the digital image is really cool. I adore your daughter's face - it is odd like me. :o)
ReplyDeleteI signed up for the 29 Faces but I input my website wrong :o(
Is there any way we can fix it? I forgot the "o" in the .com
Silly I know...
Thank you!
Denise
I will fix it for you :o)
DeleteBeautiful job on the face and love your daughter's face too - so cute!
ReplyDeleteShe's coming along nicely! I like the way it turned out in the editor, too. Your daughter's hand is great!
ReplyDeleteBeautiful paintings. Thanks for the tip about the verification code. Will go turn mine off!
ReplyDeletePam, Thanks!
DeleteI got rid of mine because some people just couldn't post, plus I learned (by Stacy) that some people that are "legally blind" can't enjoy blogs with that verification thing there.
So, I just moderate and filter, without that extra blogging step :o)
Beautiful!! I love the warm colors in the background.
ReplyDeleteI just joined 29 Faces and I love it - thank you for this fun challenge!
ReplyDeleteI love your faces, I think it was Day 3 that is my favorite so far (the abstract), but all of these are beautiful. The "hand face" is fun - what an inspiration!
Love, love, LOVE this painting. Just beautiful!
ReplyDeleteThank you for your nice comments on my faces so far. You also mentioned putting the 29 faces label on each post. When I originally joined the group I posted my link to just my blog in general, not understanding the instructions. So I went back in and entered a second time using the correct link with all posts labeled with the 29 faces label. I didn't know how to delete the first "Art Play Today" (I believe it's #41). The second "Art Play today" (#46) link is correct and all posts do show when you click on it. Sorry about that, I learned a lot just by that process!
ReplyDeleteI can edit or delete. I guess I delete number 41, right? Not a problem. We all are learning. I just want ALL the posts to show, it is so much fun! :o)
DeleteHey Martha! Both you and your daughter are so talented! I am really enjoying both your faces so much! I think I should have joined this challenge!! Maybe next time ;o)
