so, I kept going...

...Did you think I was going to stop painting it? lol
I know, most people said to leave it at that stage, so I compromised.
I actually made a larger print, prepped it, and went for it with skin tones, which over green don't look so warm but it is interesting.

And my daughter made an elf:

Plus I started another which will continue tomorrow ♥

We are starting our 2nd week, can you believe it?

  1. I can see that green hat on your wonderful face!!

  2. I think youre painting is even nicer than yesterday. It's good you made a print of teh first state Ü. Maybe you can try it again with other collors in teh face. The elf youre daughter made is very nice and funny. Have a nice saterday.

  3. Lovely green eyed creature!
Your daughter has real talent for these cartoon characters, that is a great expression! Looks totally effortless and believable. <3

  4. Love this Martha! I was having trouble finding where you were posting your 29 faces. I clinked your "home" and it brought me here so, here I am. have a great weekend. Take care.

  5. I really like how it turned out - I like making a copy of pieces too so I can experiment without feeling too much pressure.

  6. Good idea to make a print and work from there. I like what you've done with it.

  7. I have to admit, it is cool, what you did!!! Your daughter's as usual is so much fun! Love your blue man ;o)

  8. You have a unique touch to your faces. Excited to see the outcome. Enjoy it! Your daughter's elf is cute!
