Art Journal new class!

Hey guys! Thanks for visiting! Happy NEW YEAR!
Do you have your resolutions? Did you make any?? How about making more art! ♥♥♥

I am part of a new art journaling class #OneBadass Art Journal 2016

What is it? it is an amazing group of artists showing fun techniques to make one page (or spread!) each.... I am SO excited to be part of it!

If you are visiting my blog for the first time, let me tell you a little bit about me:
I absolutely love art since I can remember, more than anything I enjoy making faces and helping people to learn how to start discovering the art inside their minds.
For the last 4 years I run a challenge called 29 faces, (in february and September) where hundreds of people twice a year draw, paint, sculpt, stitch etc one face a day.... it is a crazy marathon, we chat, we make a mess, we practice and at the end of the month we learn something new about ourselves.

For those that are really new to art, I offer classes and THIS ONE is one not to miss!
We are having a Class blog hop, so click the link below to learn more about the instructors in case they are new to you. All of them are very creative ladies with a deliciously varied style.

In this workshop you will:
• get 16 badass art lessons
• learn wonderful mixed media techniques
• be infused with confidence and creativity
• learn great tips and tricks you can use again and again
• play with a variety of tools, adding to your skills
• experience beautiful color combinations and blending techniques
• make badass art journal pages

The Journal theme? Just as varied! What will be my project? ... guess!! lol Something cute and full of texture! ;o)

One more year goes by

Wasn't it just  few days when we were celebrating the new 2015? And now we are saying good bye to it...
This year was artistically full of awesome and I was able to accomplish most of my goals, and the ones I haven't gotten to yet, are at least in the queue ;o)

My channel has been growing and I will continue to post weekly.  I have been part of awesome art groups offering my art lessons *I will talk more about a new art jourlaing class soon! and I have stayed creative everyday, which sometimes is a difficult thing with all the life things going on ;oP

I hope next year is wonderful, creative and full of joy for you and your loved ones.

ACEO video, painting with acrylics

Here's the 2nd video of the C.A.C. series for winter art. I have been making longer videos, seems like you guys like them not too short? Usually I edit to have them about 5 to 7 minutes, this new ones are around 20 minutes.

And talking about time... Is the year really gone? wow... Why am I always surprised at the end of December? \(Ͼ˳Ͽ)/

I made some winter art videos, originally there were going to be 3, but then I got very sick and my voice was gone so I will have to make a voice over on the 3rd installment .... I really didn't want to sound like Darth Vader  lol

Just hello

Hello there!
I have been working hard at my channel but neglecting a bit my blog. I will try to adjust or unify both so the blog doesn't stay behind :o)
This is just a personal post, tomorrow I will have a new video, so check again or subscribe to see it as soon as it is up in the channel

The last few days, actually a whole week already! I've been sick with a terrible flu bug. I rarely get sick so it is extra annoying :oP (Not that ever a flu is welcome).

I'm sharing this cartoon from  Lunarbaboon, visit his page, it is fantastic! But this one in particular is awesome. Enjoy!

How to paint a girl with acrylic paint

This is a fun art collab I made with artist Angela Anderson! I love the canvas she sent with a pattern that immediately gave me the image of a little dress.
