I posted in FB an invitation about the "Hearts in July" project/activity. -Formerly known as 31 hearts- I don't call it a challenge necessarily, but I think I should since it seems to be a challenge just to come scan and post! (°‿~ )✌
Anyway, for those that did not see it in FB, feel free and totally invited to paint/create/find hearts around you. I picked July because it is our wedding anniversary month, and also because it is not fair that only February is all decorated with hearts ( ♥‿♥)
Here is one of my hearts, gelatine mono print, and digitally modified a bit just for fun:
Let me know if you make any hearts to go see them!

Your heart is gorgeous with those colors, Martha. I have a friend who finds hearts in everything: rocks, clouds, etc.

I wish this was posted yesterday! The instructor in my Zumba class had sweated a perfect heart shape all across her back - one of the students took her photo to show her! Hearts just pop up all over - though yours is much nicer! Happy PPF!
ReplyDeleteI love your heart monoprint, and I'm pretty sure I'll have to join in your heart-themed challenge. There's something so low pressure and fun about painting hearts, perfect for summer!!
