I started this page with a red background, then cleaned my brush with some yellow paint, just basically dragging it on the paper, nothing fancy, but I like the results on that first layer.
Then I grabbed my camera and started to paint.

What an inspirational video! I love to see the process of making a painting, it's thrilling! And the animated part in the end came as a surprise, just perfect!
ReplyDeleteMartha!! I love watching you paint! Great face and I love the ending! You are so creative!
ReplyDeleteThat's so awesome, Martha. I am still not sure if I have done what you have asked as far as the labels go. I am somewhat challenged with this linky stuff. I have been over my template, layout etc and don't know what else to do other than keep labeling 29 faces after I post. I am a bit stumped. thanks for understanding.
ReplyDeletecheck your email Jo :o)

amazing Martha! Thank you for the video!!!
ReplyDeleteWah! That is so cool! So many questions on how you filmed the process, but I'll focus on the face (for now). She looks like a flamenco dancer watching and waiting for her turn, although watching the creative process was like watching both of you dance! (Music totally helped with that image)
ReplyDeleteHave a fantastic day!
haha, I love the end part. So cute, how on earth you do that is beyond me ..... So nice to see the loose way you paint!
ReplyDeleteFabulous! Thanks for sharing the video.
ReplyDeleteI was completely fascinated by your painting process-and yes, the end was amazing!! Gorgeous portrait Martha!
ReplyDeleteMartha, how wonderful to watch you paint! Your face is gorgeous and now I understand better how you get some of the looks you do. I really treasure the painting I got from you a couple of years ago. It means even more now that I know how it must have been created. But how did you get the lips to move in the final seconds of the video???
ReplyDeleteMartha I LOVED your video...what a great face, very inspirational!! Thanks for sharing...and how did you do that animation at the end!! Wow thank you....
